Beeville, TX and surrounding communities
Networks, IT security, and systems that just work.
Kadlec IT Services sets up and looks after your network, Wi-Fi, firewall and VPN, servers, and backups, and consults on surveillance camera systems, for offices, medical and dental practices, plants, and ranches in Bee County and the surrounding counties. Adam Kadlec does the work himself and answers the phone.
For networks, servers, and IT, we handle the assessment, the cabling, the configuration, and everything after it goes live. For surveillance cameras, we consult and plan.
Business-grade routers, switches, and UniFi Wi-Fi designed around your floor plan instead of guesswork.
A properly configured firewall at the edge of your network, and secure remote access for the people who need it.
Planning help before you buy or expand a camera system, so the cameras end up where they're useful and your network can handle them.
Linux servers, tested backups, and day-to-day IT support for your PCs and office systems.
We build custom PBX software and act as the IT department for companies that sell phones. We don't sell phones or phone service ourselves.
Any small business in Bee County and the surrounding counties, with extra focus on three kinds of work where the network matters most.
Small practices run on the same things every business does, with patient privacy on top.
HIPAA expects technical safeguards like individual logins, logs, and backups. We set those up and document them so you have something to show when asked.
We'll sign a Business Associate Agreement.
We don't certify HIPAA compliance, and no one can. Your practice stays responsible for its own compliance program. Please don't send patient information through this site.

Not sure which fits? Send us the number of computers and locations you're running and we'll tell you straight, including if you don't need a plan at all.
We're based in Beeville and work across Bee County and the counties around it, not from a call center three states away. That means site walks at a time that suits you, on-site visits when something needs hands on it, fixes scheduled around your hours, and a technician who already knows your building.
Whether it's Wi-Fi for one small office or a managed network across several locations, the scope is yours to set. We'll tell you what you actually need and what can wait.
Bee, Live Oak, Karnes, Goliad, Refugio, and San Patricio counties, with Beeville as home base.
A few details is enough to start. We'll come back with next steps, not a sales sequence.
